Or one of the other tools that uses blocklists, you may be having problems connecting to your mail account. Dreamhost has two mail clusters: "Spunky" and "Blinky". It seems that either the Bluetack blocklist maintainers have blocked the address and IP of "mail.epeople.com". Now, in doing that, they also blocked the IP, which blocks the entire "Spunky"(Yes, that is an unfortunate name, isn't it?) cluster.

I have been in touch with Fakhir, who runs "I-Blocklist" a central blocklist repository and we are trying to find out what the hell is up with this. Fakhir is a very nice person, indeed.

What I would like is if any of you know WHY epeople.com should have made it onto the blocklists, to let me know. If they are being very, very naughty, I will let Dreamhost know and they will get their peepees spanked but good.
