1. They were a user a year before they bought them
Hadn't noticed that before. They must've really liked being YouTubers :)

I haven't seen the Tech Talks channel, it looks like they've got some great stuff. Thanks!

If you're a web geek, Yahoo's YUI Theater is also a don't-miss. I recommend the presentations by Douglas Crockford.

Of all the themed video sites, I think the one I enjoy the most is TED Talks. They're short presentations, on a stage in front of an audience, by luminaries in various fields. Usually someone who's pushing the envelope in their profession. Scientists, musicians, authors, philosophers, etc, from microbiologist Craig Venter to author Amy Tan. It's always fascinating stuff.

I also like visiting The Edge once in a while. It's less pop than TED, more tweedy and intellectually rarified. Interviews and debates, in video and print, with some the sharpest minds of the day. (NOTE: Atheists ahoy! It's not an atheist advocacy site, but you won't find anyone there who'll give more than a half second's consideration to religious matters)

2. Those are good resources.
Thanks to you too.

I've seen Ted, but never seem to think of it when in the mood for something good to watch.
Good to have it in this forum where threads are easily located for later reference.

(Don't know about 'web geek'. Aside .. I really like the Intel commercials.)
 .. especially the one with Ajay Bhatt.

Intel has their own youtube channel too!
And Comcast has ... FOX NEWS!

3. That's brilliant
Fanboys and groupies for Ajay, LOL! I love the guy with the Ajay t-shirt and the girl with Ajay + hearts all over her notebook :D

TWC still has MSNBC in its basic lineup down here, fortunately. I never watch TV, but just the same, if they rearranged the channels like Comcast did, I'd call and blister them. Anything that boosts Fox's availability or ratings needs quashing, pronto.
