Suddenly can't watch videos on DU or other sites.

I can watch youtube videos, but nothing at other websites. All I get is a blank screen with a little box in the corner with a red square, green circle and blue triangle. It looks like some kind of logo. Anyone have any ideas?

1. Sounds like your flash player is blocked or broken

try hopping over to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and grabbing the current version: Alternativley, it might be blocked somewhere. If the download doesn't fix it, let us know your browser (eg, Internet explorer 7) and antivirus program and we can run through the settings.

2. If a flash player is blocked . . . where would I find that info on computer????

I'm still blocked from YouTube . . .

I'm up to Adobe flash #16 -- so it's not that --

I have Java Script -- but not sure where to go to check if it's "ON" . . . ???

Presume it is cause I can watch any video anyone posts directly -- just not at YouTube

on site!

3. Go to www.adobe.com

and just download the newest flash player. If installing that doesn't work, you may have to uninstall and reinstall.
