Email question

I got up this morning, turned on the PC. When it was ready for business I clicked the email icon, like I do all the time and it presented my with Internet Properties instead of email? WTF?
Any ideas? I know enough to be dangerous........... :)

and I clicked it............... and it returned? Hmmmmmmmmmmm, I"m really stumped, but it looks ok.
