Mapped Network Drive - how to change the IP address?
Something on my network burped. All devices connected have been reassigned new IP addresses. It is a mixed Mac and Windows network.

One of the computers has WinXP on it. It uses a mapped drive on one of the Macs. The Mac has a new IP address. It used to be (something like) nnn.nnn.1.7. It is now nnn.nnn.1.2. The XP box looks for the old address (1.7) How can I tell the mapped drive to go to 1.2 instead?

1. i think if you right-click on the mapped drive and 'disconnect'
you can then recreate it with the new IP...
