Argh - for some reason, the realplayer video downloader won't work any more on Firefox

I've tried disabling it, shutting down firefox, and then enabling it. Nothing.

I rebooted the computer, and did it again. Nothing.

I had Firefox check for updates on it - I have the most updated version.

Stupid thing just won't work.

Any ideas on how to get it back?

This is the add-on that when one moves the cursor over the video playing in the browser, it puts up a little window that says "Download this video".
