My 10 year old granddaughter is more computer literate than I.
She sends me messages all the time and sometimes forwards to me some really cute stuff.
This was today's little addition--don't know where she got it but it was included in a message. Can I somehow turn this into my Avatar? How?

Somehow her 'bunny' is smaller than than the way this appears as I copied and pasted but it is so cute.
It looks as thought I need half spaces and I have no idea if that is possible ---then the Avatar thing, I have no idea how to do that.

Possible?

1. I made it
into a .jpg now you can re-size it and set it as your avatar.

Pictures made up of printable characters. An avatar needs to be a single image so I took a screenshot and converted it to avatar size:

Tinypic won't host it forever so download it to your hard drive and then upload it to DU as you would any other avatar.

4. I'm making a mess of this. Did you place the image on
Tinypic? If so, I cannot find it. I have one picture on my desktop but I cannot seem to resize it.
Frustrating. I can get the pixels to a proper size but go no further. I get some kind of a not valid message from DU.
'bout ready to give up.

6. here you go
Use this one because I forgot that DU wants gifs and jpegs, not pngs. This one is a gif and it's already avatar size:

1. Right click on the image and select Save Image As.

2. Then go to your DU Options folder and go to Edit Your Profile.

3. Under Avatar Image click on Upload Your Own.

4. Go to the directory you saved the image in and click OK.
