You can get a list of compatible systems from the Kingston configurator at their website:>

I bought an Acer Aspire One D257 and decided to upgrade. So I ordered a 2gb stick from OnSale. OnSale FedEx'd it to me, but FedEx tracking never updated after the original departure scan. After a week, I contacted OnSale to say I thought FedEx lost the shipment. OnSale said they'd file a claim with FedEx and offered to refund my money or reship. I said to reship, OnSale confirmed, and I got the reshipped stick a few days later. About a week after my conversation with OnSale, FedEx dropped the original shipment on my porch. Tracking indicates FedEx found the shipment on the other side of the country some hours after OnSale promised reshipment. I contacted OnSale for return instructions and they said -- meh! just keep it! -- so I've got a brandnew unopened package of KAC-MEMHS/2G
It's no use to me: it doesn't fit anything I've got. There was a local 501(c)(3) in the RDU area that refurbished equipment for kids, but they're going out of business and don't accept donations anymore
