And another thing (really weird question)
How come, when I have my speakers turned way up, or have headphones on, I can hear a faint buzz or high pitched noice, very faint, whenever I use my mouse button to scroll? Doesn't happen all the time, but most of the time.

1. Try this
Turn the volume down on your system and turn the speakers volume up. This will stop the feed back/Buzz
