OK, what should be my next step?

My cursor keeps freezing momentarily and at the same time, I hear "grunty" noises coming from the computer. In the past, I have run SpyBot, AdAware, and PestPatrol to eradicate any accumulated narsties. Well, this time nothing out of the ordinary has been detected. However, I did notice that RealPlayer is now on my computer. I don't know how it got there.

Anyway, is there something else that you can recommend? Oh, I ran CCleaner, too.
