what is a good 'XP' Utilities/Registry/backweb FIX PROGRAM..!!

I cant keep XP from Disintegrating before my eyes.. there are always lose ends..i have 2 dll's missing, and always things screwing up..like Active-X

i have the Norton Utilities and it works somewhat, but not on the dll's. and backweb.

I need the Big Guns...
