TV tuner for Windows Media Center PC

Well, I convinced Mrs. NHDem to let me get a new machine. Thanks for the advice from everyone--I went with the AMD 3500+ processor and it runs like a dream.

One thing my machine did not come with is a TV tuner. It is a Media Center PC, so I'd like to add one for the purpose of recording TV shows (damn them for moving Lost to 10:00!). I'd like to have the ability to do Tivo-like stuff, such as select a show to record from a list, rather than setting the time, date, etc. and set up to record a particular show no matter when it is on.

I've looked at the Hauppauge cards, which I've seen others recommend, but I'm not really sure about the difference among the 150, 250, and 350 cards.
