We're painting and the medium-hair got into the white. We trapped it and washed it off everything but its nose. When we go for the nose it gets irate.
Is it doing any harm if it's dried up? I'm assuming it will fall off on its own. There isn't very much - not enough to be noticeable until up close.

Most household enamal paint should dry and flake off fairly quickly. Especially since most are also water soluable. Epoxy will linger after it dries - most times, if I got Epoxy paint on me, I'd have to either scrape it off or wait until that layer of skin flaked off. Epoxy can possibly cause an adverse reaction as it stays on - some people and critters are allergic.
Kitty should be okay if s/he hasn't already shown some sort of allergic reaction.
