Please sign this petition opposing animal cruelty
This was sent to me by my friend, in animal rescue, who is responsible for me having my two dogs. Apparently, this guy attempted to murder six puppies, for no rational reason. One is still alive. He deserves to be punished to the maximum extent of the law, and then some, IMO. Please sign and pass this on. I sent it to everyone I know. Thanks so much.

5. Thank you so much.
I know that horrible things happen to animals everyday and it bothers me as much as anything does. But at least, by signing, we can help get this one sick bastard off the streets.:grr:

15. that makes me very, very upset
so many people mistreat pets every day and never get punished. I would like to see Congress pass laws that makes it easier to prosecute these villians

2. Done
This sick f**k lives in the same state as I do. I hope he gets the max. They had the survivor pup on the local news the other night, she's doing really well. Really cute! Lots of people want to adopt her.
Poor little puppy, having to go through something like that.

6. Thank you. And I agree.
I just hope that they put this sick f**k away and throw away the key. Thanks for the good news about the remaining puppy. It's great that this case is getting publicity. The one positive thing that may come out of this is the enactment of tougher animal protection laws. We have "Buster's Law," here in NY State, named for a cat who was the victim of terrible cruelty. The governor signed it into law on the "Pet Connection" segment of the Albany news. Every week the chief meteorologist, a real animal lover, has animals up for adoption. And that's where I got my beloved dog, Barney.:-)

7. Thank you. And also for the advice.
I have a friend on the board of our local SPCA no-kill shelter. She may have some advice about this. And I agree about the fate of this sick bastard. I am opposed to capital punishment, but would be more than willing to make an exception in this case.:grr:

8. Thank you, and no I sure can't.
What a horrible nightmare. I cringed when I first read this, but still passed it on to everyone I know. And I agree that anyone who is capable of this needs serious help.
:scared:

Is that your dog? Is it a Cairn Terrier? My beloved Cairn, Rags, lived until 18 1/2 and was such an amazing little being!:-)

16. I know, this bothers me more than anything, I think
I felt incredibly sick when I first read this, but I still signed it, passed it on to everyone I could think of and posted it on DU. This guy deserves the max and can't be allowed to remain on the streets!:grr:

It was sent to me from my friend, in rescue, who is responsible for me having my two dogs. She does such heartbreaking work, but never gives up. There may be a special place in hell for those who abuse animals, but there is a special place over the Rainbow Bridge for those who work to save them. I sent this poem to my friend in rescue.O8)

13. I signed,
Animal cruelty needs to be punished harshly. Mistreating animals is a pastime for sickos. Many of these sickos also hurt people.
It needs to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law

17. Thank you! And I certainly agree with you!
The only positive thing that may come out of this is that the publicity surrounding his case may force Connecticut to enact tougher animal protection laws. Here in NY State, we have "Buster's Law," named after a cat who was the victim of cruelty. The governor signed it on TV, on the "Pet Connection" segment of the Albany news. The chief meteorologist is a great lover of animals and has animals, up for adoption, on the news, twice a week. He's also become a friend of mine, because that's where I found my beloved cocker spaniel, Barney.
