1. You mean something organized?

I once "liberated" an abused dog, but the only organization involved was getting my vet to pick him up at the church where I worked. (Had him stashed in an unused Sunday School room for about an hour.) I also had a family ready to adopt him.

If your question comes from an urgent situation--get creative. Don't wait for a network to develop.

2. The dog in question is not really abused,

merely neglected. I am getting very creative.
