Thoughts and prayers, please?
My kitty Clyde got out of the apartment on Sunday afternoon. He came back Sunday night and was hiding under some cars outside. We tried to coax him out. He was so scared that when my husband was finally able to grab him, he got away and ran like crazy. We haven't seen him since.

I am absolutely heartbroken and sick with worry. The local animal protection society is looking for him, too. We are currently living in Korea and, I hate to say this, many people here hate cats and run them over on purpose. Even if it wasn't on purpose, the traffic here is heavy and fast. It is Wednesday afternoon now and I can't help but lose hope. I think we may have terrified him too bad when we tried to grab him.

We put up posters but people tear them down right away. We put out food and leave the back door open at night with the rest of the apartment closed off (we have other cats). The backyard is gated so no one can get in but he can -- he got out that door and under the gate.

Clyde is two years old and we adopted him from the veterinary clinic on the army base. He has been a wonderful friend to our other older cats. Our cat Trouble passed away this last August from cancer and he cried to much after she was gone. Our other cats are crying at the window for him now.

I hope he won't escape again. From past experiences with cats in my family, I know what you're going through, and I'm joining you in the happy dance!!!

Edited to add: Forgot to mention what a beautiful boy you have. He's gorgeous.

8. Thank you!
He's tired and smells like motor oil and was very hungry. Clyde has been sleeping all day and he is so happy to be home! The other cats want to play but Clyde wants to rest.
