Great product allows pets to easily drink from a bottle of water
I LOVE this thing!

Pet Top portable drinking device

http://www.pettop.com

Attaches to any water bottle (some bottles need the short neck adapter, which costs $1.99) and allows your pet to drink. It only costs $7.95 and, as I said, The adapter is another $1.99 - shipping is free. So for 10 bucks, you've got the perfect outdoor drinking solution just in time for summer! B-)

I bought it a couple of weeks ago because my family has a lot of barbecues in the summer and I thought it would be a convenient way to give Ozzy water without having to carry a bowl or waste half the bottle by squeezing it and letting him drink from the water stream.

He loves it! In fact, I just ordered two more sets because, as I've mentioned in the past, the vet wants him to drink more water and it's not always easy to get him to do that. I only give him the water bottle two or three times a day, so he thinks it's a "treat" and he'll drink a lot from it. Of course, he still has his water bowls, so he always has something to drink if he wants it, but he gets very excited when he sees the bottle, LOL!

1. Neat
I too like that idea for travel (generally, I use the backseat cupholder as a mini-water dish). I could definitely see our dogs doing this -- Miss Molly is trying to lick the nozzle for our water cooler.

2. I got one, my dogs won't drink out of it
I have a golden and a lab. Taught them how to drink out of a water bottle with a pull top. They don't have the patience for that one you mention. But it is a great idea!
