so, my daughter moved home a couple months ago, along with biscuit, who appears to be a rott/pointer mix, 6 years old. she is a sweet hearted thing, but rambunctious, bird-dog brained, doesn't know her own strength, and basically spoiled. she gets fed and let out without any real input from daughter, who is now free to go to school, and doesn't need the boyfriend to help with their "offspring". she took a big bite out of one of the terriers, and i didn't really cry about the $500 vet bill. she is a real whiner, very emotional. she was pretty much caught the other day taking a dump because i came home, and she got all worked up. someone has also taken a couple of huge pees on my new maple floor. the terriers do have accidents, but this was tooooo huge for either of them, and not one of their "spots". so, did i kill anyone? no. but daughter is, right now, irate with me for insisting that it is her dog. she doesn't pee, she just dribbles a little when she is excited to see people. um, no, she has full on emotional spasms when someone comes home, or walks by the house, or has a pet dog in the neighborhood somewhere, or...... sheesh. we will work on it. we will work it out. but jeeeezuz. the kid is way worse than the dog. maybe the dog should just stay penned up all day like she would if she didn't live here at the big house with the family. or maybe someone would just grow up. nah, that can't happen.
