1. WOW It never even occurred to me that there were blood banks for animals....

I'm in the North Florida area and I intend to ask around and perhaps locate something like that here. My dear doggie friend recently passed to the great meadow in the sky so maybe if I am ever blessed to have another dog I could donate. TY for opening my eyes to this.

2. The rescue I volunteer with does this with all rescues in the organization

If they are healthy enough and are old enough. I think it is a great idea.

3. I have had 2 dogs that needed transfusions. It is amazing!!
