Help please Cat Lovers!

My best friend from high school is moving to China on Sunday Sept. 4th, 2010 from Ypsilanti, Michigan area - she just found out today that the woman who was supposed to take her cat in, backed out on the deal. She is desperate to find Princess a home or foster home: she is 11 years old, spayed and declawed, gray and white markings, she is a small pleasant cat. 1. If you haven't already, please post

in the Michigan forum. Also, call rescue groups (usually no-kill) in the area and contact area Veterinarians to see if they will take the cat in and try to get it a home. I hope your friend finds a good home for her cat, as I would hate to see it go to a shelter, where it will probably be put down due to its advanced age. Please let us know what happens.

yes, she has called a whole bunch of places with no luck. I will suggest the vet's office to her, I'll be talking to her soon, good idea, forgot about that... :hi:

3. Happy to report Kitty has been adopted!!
