Analysis and Ratings:
http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/dog_food_reviews/I have recently discovered a great pet food called
Addiction which comes from New Zealand and that region. They cater to pets with allergies, but it's not a prerequisite. It's a bit pricey and some of the ingredients might be considered exotic to us, but not 'down under'. For instance they have kangaroo and brushtail (possum). They also have this one that all my pets (cats and dogs) can't get enough of - Unagi (eel) and Seaweed. And my dog is also crazy about the Rabbit with Blueberries. They also have dry and dehydrated varieties but I haven't tried them yet.
The Addiction dog food formulas do not contain any by-products or artificial preservatives. The protein sources in Addiction dog food include venison, unagi (eel), salmon, rabbit, turkey, duck, buffalo, wild brushtail possum, pork and wild kangaroo. Carbohydrate sources include ground oats, ground brown rice, rice bran, tapioca starch, potatoes and papayas. This site has more about this company plus other reviews AND coupons -
