1. Great article
Austin has done an amazing job. San Antonio is far, far behind them - because our city leaders have not yet embraced the idea that "no kill" truly IS a possible thing.

May Ryan's dream one day soon be reality.

2. Make every shelter spay or neuter every dog and cat they take in.
And if people would quit breeding at the rate they are it sure would help. All 4 of our dogs are shelter dogs, 2 are purebred Weimaraners and the other 2 are black lab mixes. They are wonderful dogs! All puppy mills need to be shut down also.
