I don't have much info about it - just a Cat car in New York.

2. I believe that it is..
the Meow Mix Mobile!!

When the assholes who own the housing development where I live tried to bribe workers with $150 if they outed a cat, and if the 'outing' caused the tenant to leave, so they could de-stabilize the apartment, some wonderful person faxed that memo to the NY Post.

The Post came thru big-time and the story was picked up by the local news stations. (There is also an anti-harassment law in NYC which prevents landlords from forcing people to get rid of non-destructive pets who have lived in an apartment for 3 months, and where the landlord or their agent knew abt it.On top of that, the place had never enforced the clause against any pet but dogs, and knew there were 100's if not thousands of cats here. )

The CEO of MeowMix lives in NYC and drove the MeowMixMobile down to the development and rode around a good part of the day offering workers a higher reward to not out the cats. That got the ploy even more bad publicity.

Once the memo got out, which violated the spirit of the pet law beyond a doubt, the owner, a major insurance company, rescinded the offer.

3. That's an interesting story
I'm glad the CEO had a heart to do this, even though it was in his best financial interest.
