Anyone in SE Texas looking for an older dog... |
|
One of the partners at my firm is looking for a home for his 8 or so year old yellow lab mix. His daughter has the dog now but she has a 2 year old daughter and another child being born in a few weeks and she doesn't feel that she can take care of them all. I won't even talk about her husband....
The dog (sorry can't remember his name) is said to be very friendly and good with children.
The partner asked me (since i am an animal freak) to look for a shelter or someplace he can take the dog because he doesn't want to just put him down. I wish I had thought to get a picture before I left work.
If anyone is interested let me know. I can probably get a picture and more info on Monday.

1. Go to YahooGroups.com. |

Sign up with them. Then put in a search for pet rescue groups in Texas. You can post the info about the dog there. I found homes for 3 kittens that were dumped in my front yard through these groups.

The dog looks so sweet and i hate fact he is being uprooted at that age. if i had a fence, or a bigger house, i would take in myself.
