17. I've talked to Howard about the war before

he's honestly not as anti-war as we would have him be.He also recognizes that a very significant portion of our country is emotionally invested in the war at this point.

He IS anti-lie however, and anti-incompetent fuckup, and anti-ridiculous expenditure and anti-killing innocent civilians. He's pretty much anti-imperialism and anti-PNAC.

So there's a lot he's down with. But he feels that the election bullshit is still hot and needs to be chased to its conculsion before we do anything else.
