I believe this is the same company that invited him before....earlier this year. He spoke at a conference with Sununu, the senior as the Republican. This just sort of caught my eye.

Datamatix announces 'Global Government & Business Leaders'

MENAFN Press - 10/01/2005

Datamatix has announced the Global Government and Business Leaders event followed by leadership executive programs starting from the 24th September 2005 in Dubai UAE which will welcome 3000 leaders from around the world.

While announcing the event, Ali Al Kamali, Datamatix Managing Director and organizer of the event, said that Datamatix presents this event in association with world wide organizations, Leadership schools and global leadership research centers, top world universities and Schools of Government. It will address key barriers to successful leadership practices for leaders that can improve global and regional economic future, competitiveness and productivity. Focusing on successful leadership practices, global experts on leadership will provide a greater picture on leadership practices rather than dictate unpractical ideas. Delegates can expect successful leadership case studies packed with strong action and strategies for stopping corruption but not stopping the creation of the new world leaders.

Mr. Kamali confirmed that Hon. Howard Dean, A candidate for Democratic Nomination for 2004 US Presidency and the former Governor of US State of Vermont will join as a keynote speaker and share his leadership experiences and his experiences in dealing with Media as a leader. Datamatix has created a special team that draws its 16 years of experience in organizing global events to ensure that Global Government & Business Leaders event is one of the top world events in 2005......"

Here is a picture from the last event.
