WMP version of Dean's "What I Want to Know" speech from March 2003

I had posted a downloadable version earlier here, but thanks to Aldon Hynes for the WMP version which is so much easier to watch.

This is the speech that got our attention. He is still doing the things he mentioned in this speech.
