Question about something with me

Sometimes out of nowhere I will get around my heart chakra this weird nervous feeling. I don't know why this happens. Also sometimes whenever I'm going to sing and work on some music I also get real nervous out of nowhere. I've been doing this too for years and it still happens. Also earlier this week I was in Huntsville visiting with my grandfather before he died and at one point I was out with my parents and brother eating dinner and had this very strange sexual feeling. It was just weird. There is this guy friend I have known since I was in 7th grade who lives there who I have feelings for but we haven't spoken since earlier this year in January. Does anybody know about these things? Thanks in advanced.

But then, I may be not a good person to answer such a question, since I have some anxiety.

When I become worried about something, my heart starts to feel squeezed.

Gee, the working on music, don't you think that could be stage fright? Even if there's no audience? I used to be an actress, and I would get the very worst stagefright when I was working on something by myself.
