Donna Eden Video -- Lymphatic flush massage

Donna Eden is well-known for her energy medicine. YouTube has several videos of her doing acupressure/massage for various purposes.
Because we are in flu season, I thought everyone might like to know about how to flush the lymphatic system and increase energy levels and immunity.

I've got her book on Energy Medicine, but I've never been all that disciplined in carrying out much in it. Still, it's a great book; I loaned it to my chiropractor and he liked it, too :)

Now I'm collecting the links to the rest of that series. I'll have to watch the Five-Minute Energy Routine in a bit...

she gave me a lot of insight, including that perhaps my weight gain in the worst places is from the toxins of stress not moving. Now, I am staring to think that the energy shifts can not complete, if we neglect our bodies.
I will have to bookmark and try it, as she says for a while...the sore points all radiate to my digestive system, and from there to the back and my shoulders. all acupuncture points...I had long forgotten.
