This is probably the most difficult configuration of our time. Not since the Great Depression of the 1930's have Saturn, Uranus and Pluto been configured in such a challenging array. It will almost certainly coincide with a global crisis of previously unimagined proportions, most likely involving ecological upheaval bringing about economic collapse. However, the most skillful way to regard such an eventuality may be to see it as a necessary and inevitable consequence of our current trajectory, and quite possibly as the opportunity for a collective, global psycho-spiritual death-rebirth process, which we as a species must undergo in order that we might fulfill all of the prophesies in a way nobody could have foreseen, and be reborn as one. May we all prepare ourselves to act as midwives to that process. It will take great clarity to hold focus when all about us are in despair.

2. Sorry.

I was reminiscing about the old days in the group. Found this along with many other treasures. I don't know when the participants of this group became so "gloom and doom" phobic. It didn't used to be that way.

The positive spin is the 'rebirth' part. There is never, ever a new beginning without the death of something.

There also was not all this bickering about how people should comport themselves here. I miss those times and the people who provided stimulating, interesting discussion.

Maybe I wasn't so gloom and doom phobic in the past because I had more reserves of energy and drive in the past. I feel tapped out.
Things are already bad over here and I don't need to hear how they're just going to get worse.

I found myself like this a lot this year..I even posted a couple threads about feeling very on-edge and at the end of my rope.
Lately I've been sleeping a LOT. I think it's symptomatic of a lot of the energetic changes we are going through. Try to take it easy, and we luves ya!

9. Re: sleeping a lot. We're heading into a Mars Retrograde.

While this has a lot of significance for difference reasons, (and some for you especially as it will be in your Sun sign of Leo) Mars Retrograde is, to me, first and foremost, an opportunity to rest. I think it'll be particularly important for us to utilize this rest period in the small ways we can as it comes after a very bad Year of the Ox, and precedes what I fear will be an even more difficult Year of the Tiger.

the chart posted for 8/13/2010. These times have been mentioned by other astrologers. It is momentous.

I will find the link to the thread originally posted (in 2005 IIRC) and provide it for context.

It's about New Birth. What soon-to-be mother doesn't have some fear about the pain to come?
But it is inconsequential in light of the new life that is born from it.
We will have exactly what we need at the appropriate time to deal with it.

edit: I found it, but am hesitant to post a link to the original thread. People are discussing dire scenarios in rational tones. If you are feeling weak right now, don't read it because you will focus on the negative. I'm posting the link to the light hearted post in the thread. Bottom line, MANY predicted GW would be the death of us all. That didn't happen. There IS an interesting prediction about the flu 'epidemic'. I have a strong constitution and faith in the Spirit and myself. So, caution has been issued to those not so inclined.
