Manifestations during eclipse?

Do we manifest during an eclipse as we would a new moon? I know there's an eclipse the 15th, but I can't find any substantial information.

Is the 15th an eclipse and a new moon? Plus, I think Mercury is going direct around that time.

Any suggestions on how to best work with these energies?

2. a solar eclipse will always happen on a new moon.

lunar eclipse always happens on full moon. It took me many years for that geometry to 'click' in my head.

5. I have not found that a manifestation is necessarily tied to a moon...

Although if you start one during a new moon it seems to give it a boost same as planting. :)
I found what works best for me is to just go with the Flow and "Be Here Now." My manifestations seem to be more tied to how one-pointed I am with my Will and Intent and how clearly I visulize.
It seems to work best for me if I dont work hard at it..but do it clearly and then give it to God to deal with..and then I go on about my business.:)Others may find it works best other ways for them.

Some solar eclipses propel us forward as if we’ve been shot from a cannon. This one will work a bit more methodically. We are setting paving stones out in front of us step by step by step.
