I have a "faint" memory of what it is supposed to taste like !!:toast: :party: :grouphug: P.S. I had a good day yesterday at Church with my kids and then Popeyes Chicken!! That was better than cake for me. Plus the Church service was all about helping those souls in Haiti that are so in need of a blessing now, and the whole congregation filled buckets with money for them. I was thrilled to offer my "widows mite", and pray that it is miraculously INCREASED!!

The local franchise here closed down this year so I would have to drive out of my way to get my fix. So glad you had a good weekend with your kids! You deserved it!

25. It could be a cappy thing....

but all my kids love it too..and only three grandkids are cappies! My kids are almost each sign of the zodiac!! We had one in the town I lived in before my hubby passed, and everytime they came to visit from out of State, Popeye' s was a MUST stop! As for me, I just love all things Cajun(music included!) The one we visited Sunday was a few towns away, much too far for my old clunker to visit on a regular basis! I'll just have to go to Church with the kids at least once a month so I can get my "fix"!!
