Just a quick update!
I heard from the Dr. that did my biopsy this A.M. It was benign or rather, Neg. for Sjogren's syndrome. Now I wait for my primary care Dr. to get the results and let me know where we go from here. Therefore, we are back to square one in trying to find the cause of my symptoms, and then maybe a solution??? I realized too this morning, when reading over some brochures from my Chiro's office, that he does testing for nutrition!!! There evidently is a way they can tell from a saliva and a urine test what my body is lacking in nutrition, and if I'm taking anything my body doesn't need????!!! I'm excited about this, and intend to call him tomorrow to find out if there is an extra fee for this, and whether I can have it done when I go again this month for another adjustment! I'm also going to ask him about "muscle" testing, which I forgot to do last time. So.........keep sending light and prayers and good vibes for some answers, OK? Thanks all for caring...LUV YA!! P.S. I read up on the symptoms of arsenic poisoning, and i do have some of the symptoms, so I will also ask the Chiro if he would have my hair tested for heavy metal poisoning.

7. Honey...I wish I cold say yes, but
they are the same, plus I am nauseous all the time, so not much appetite. some foods I just have to look at to know I can't eat them. I am literally having to force myself to eat!! Basically existing on hot cereal, fruit and vegetable juices, and soups, oh and I can almost taste eggs, so I'm eating a lot of them. Can't tolerate salty or sweet things. I've given up on all artificial sweeteners and soft drinks. Tea dries my mouth out like it was an astringent, so I have two cups of instant coffee in the AM, just to get my motor running. There are times I get really hungry, but nothing appeals to me, so I force my self to at least get apple, grape and V8 juice down! I'm trying to eat as many nuts as I can, am enjoying lentil and minestrone soups. (nothing creamy though)

2. So--good news/bad news
Glad you don't have Sjorgen's syndrome, but it sure is frustrating not knowing what's causing your symptoms, huh?

You have a lot of very good ideas to investigate, JA--when I was trying to get diagnosed for my thyroid problem I learned a lot from a thyroid discussion forum, and one of the things that was repeated over and over was "You have to be your own advocate." Keep going and don't give up till you get some answers! You can do it! We're all pulling for you!

5. Glad you have some good news!
If you are wondering if some of the things you are taking are appropriate, my chiro asked me to bring the supplements/drugs I was taking with me & he did muscle testing on them. I believe this is done by most chiros. Why don't you bring them w/you next visit & ask him to do it. My chiro did not charge extra, but can't speak for yours. As someone else stated, you have to be PROACTIVE sometimes!

Good Luck! Sending healing & protective light your way.

6. I second that!!
However, some chiros don't do muscle testing or even think it is valid. It varies by location I think.

Muscle testing might also be able to detect if arsenic was a problem.

8. I've set up am appt. for Feb. 4th
with the Chiro. He's going to do the nutritional testing in the office the same time as my adjustment, for an additional fee. It's worth it to find some answers. He already has a list of all the meds i'm on, as well as the suppliments I'm taking, so here's to HOPE!! Thanks all!!

You may want to ask him (Chiro) whether he is familiar with the footbath that sucks out toxins from the body?
I will check with my friend Dr. but the stuff that comes out is really yucky...

I googled and found quite a bit put the term "foot bath, toxins" here is one such link of a skeptic kind

http://www.wikihow.com/Test-a-Detox-Foot-Bath

and others

http://www.spaindex.com/Articles/IonicScam.htm

on second edit there seem to be tons of negative comments. My mom likes it, and it actually made her chronically painful legs feel better..

anyway a positive one
