I really needed to be reminded about this again....
For obvious reasons ( as in- if you listen to the news, even on-line news) I have been feeling the fear building in me again...this dread that has seeped into my bones....such dire circumstances this beautiful earth is in....socially and geophysically the news is completely disheartening. I know others here have felt this too...it is a tough thing to shake if you pick up energy easily.
I was thinking about some of the information out there that usually validates my thoughts or turns me to a new perspective, so I checked the Matthew messages and yes, there was a new one.

It addressed my concerns and fears exactly! and gave me a big kick in the ol' ass to remember a very important message....

DO NOT BE IN FEAR! Do not let it settle into your heart and dim your light! Our light and energy is needed now more than ever. We are so on the tipping point and it is CRITICAL that we do not let the darkness of fear dim our light...collectively and individually!

Here are a few excerpts from the Aug 13th message. Link at the bottom.
I just figured maybe there are a few others out there who needed a reminder, kick in the bum and/or boost to help you turn up the"light volume". I know I did and I really feel much better.....a big weight has been lifted and maybe with everyones help we can keep the light strong!!

The light has dimmed even in you who are praying for and working toward peace but have become fearful about a new warfront and catastrophic terrorism, and accordingly you cannot absorb the light being beamed to you.

The energy attachments of fear are fuel for the dark ones—at the same time that light loss from fear is debilitating you, it is empowering them.

I've felt this, but I'll be damned if I will further aid the "dark ones' in any way shape or form. :grr:

Again we emphasize that a prompt turnaround from fearing these potential happenings can prevent them!  The power of the light is incalculable!  We ask that you stop focusing on the mainstream news that keeps fear building. The same with the Internet reports being circulated—some are thoughtful assessments of viable information and others are deliberate scare tactics.  Yes, be truthfully informed, but do not be fearful!

It is the light intensity to which you contributed that reached the Illuminati members who embraced it and became effective light warriors.  They had been captive of their own fear—fear of the light—and it was the constant beaming to them that penetrated that.  The same can happen with the remaining dark ones!  If need be to regain your steadfastness in sending forth love-light to those lacking it, send it to Earth herself!  To you who never have wavered, we ask that you intensify your beaming!

There is much more at the link below...worth a read....we are also reassured
that there will be NO NUCLEAR/WWIII war...which validates what I have felt for a long time.....

If this helps turn the light back up even the smallest bit then we are gaining!

1. This part just RANG for me:
Yes, be truthfully informed, but do not be fearful!

As a nation, our fear feeds the opposition. The day we can collectively let go of fear is the day that they have no more power to weild.

Sometimes, sitting back as an "observer," it seems that I am surrounded by people who not only wallow in fear, but are somehow dependent on it? They seem to reach for fear as a way to remain passive, and allow others to make all the decisions. If you are in a secure bunker built of fear, you never have to "risk" anything to move forward.

Imagine a mass population who woke up and found that fear was no longer center stage in their lives; when they discovered that they function just fine without it, and that they even feel better without it, what kind of world would they create?

4. I agree that some become dependent on it...
fear that is. It sure keeps the people easier to control if they are more concerned about survival rather than seeing the power they actually do have.
It also makes, as you said, a good excuse not to have to take control of thier own lives. Blame is always easier thatn taking responsibility for your actions....

I really needed this whole reminder......I am just blown away by the light beamed from Camp Casey and I feel we need to return the favor.....

PS. So glad things are going well for you and the grandson:woohoo: and the horsegirls (sound like GREAT trails!!!) and all the kitties & puppies. Know what you mean about the birds. Have been enjoying watching the 2nd batch of quail babies follwing momma & pappa around the backyard. They are still so tiny...like little "eggs with legs". Thye fill my heart ....they are just so darn cute!

2. Hey, DR!
:yourock:

Yes, this was SUCH a good reminder for me. I'm having some kidney issues right now, and in Traditional Chinese Medicine, kidneys are the seat of fear -- so when you're living in fear, you're damaging your kidneys, and if you're having problems with your kidneys, that may also make you more prone to fear.

So, I'm working on it from as many different directions as possible: physical (of course), flower essences (which are helping), and mantra, which is real handy whenever you encounter something that throws you into fear:

Shante Preshante Sarva Bhaya Upasha Mani Swaha

all of which is pronounced pretty much as it looks and means, according to the book I got it from, Healing Mantras by Thomas Ashley-Farrand:

The first two words relate to the Sanskrit word for peace, shanti. Sarva denotes the source of the condition we are addressing, and which is to be offered or given up. Upasha Mani means surrendering the smaller aspect of mind to the universal "mind without form." Swaha means "I offer with salutations." Thus, the surface meaning of the mantra is, "Invoking supreme peace I offer (surrender) the quality of ______ to its source in the higher and formless universal mind. Salutations."

Byaha is the word for fear in the mantra. There's a whole LIST of inner conditions you can use this mantra for (substituting the right word in the place of Bhaya) listed in this book.

However, when I went searching for this mantra the other day, I also came across this one, which the book says is another mantra for transforming anger and fear. This great mantra was practiced by Mahatma Gandhi from the time he was a young boy.

It is: Om Sri Rama Jaya Rama Jaya Jaya Rama

I think I'm going to start a separate thread on Mantra -- which I'd actually been impressed to do, starting sometime last night I think.

Anyway, Sanskrit words carry the pure vibration of the thing they refer to. "Shanti" is the vibration and word for Peace, for example. I have rarely if ever used mantra when I didn't feel a tangible shift in my own energy during the repetition of the mantra.

3. wow...thanks for these El....
Yeah, me too....I've been dealing with whatever this energy was in the physical too - and I just figured out it is mostly fear I am picking up from what's around me (us) in this surreal world.

So this is great. I've got some really nice CD's of somebeautiful chants so I think I'll play them again. "Om Namaha Shiyva" always a classic one.

Just reading your mantras from here & your thread (thanks for that btw :) I definitely felt "goose bumps" .... sounds like a great book!

Thanks!! It is so important to keep ourselves from succumbing to the fear(s) around us...especially now for all those folks at Camp Casey. That's another thing that just brings tears to my eyes...its that awesome!!

5. there is a saying in the 12 step programs
Edited on Sun Aug-14-05 05:11 PM by AZDemDist6
"Fear and Faith can't live in the same house" and "Either God is or he isn't"

every time I start to get fearful, I remember to have faith, God IS and didn't bring me this far to drop me on my head! It helps every time and the light comes in and my fear is, if not lifted, lessened once again. I remind myself I have pledged to chose life and the Ascension and that this is merely the death throes of a dying patriarchy. the peace returns and I once again own my power and can be the observer.

edit to add, but sometimes I go through this several times a day LOL

7. Thank you, Desertrose!
I came here seeking some solace after wallowing in the threads about Iran and a possible impending terrorist attack, and this was exactly what I needed!

And, yes, Cindy Sheehan is such a powerful example-- it's as if the worst has happened to her so she has no more reason to fear, and can be a beacon to others.

We need to remain steadfast in the Light!!

8. I know, I was freaking last nite about it all too and really felt...well
just dim and dark and ....hopeless.

So I asked for something...to help me feel better and this morning I checked the Matthew page and there it was. He addressed all my concerns and just reminded me of what I already knew but got too caught up the other "fears" to see clearly.

Yeah...and this beautiful shining soul Cindy...bless her heart!!!! She's something else! O8)

I'm glad it helped you too.

We are amping up the light...I feel it so strongly!

:hug::loveya: latebloomer...good to see ya:hi:

10. Thank you so much for this
I've been completely off balance for days worrying about the possibilities that seem so real with this upcoming drill. Normally, I feel strong spiritual connections that give me peace of mind but I've become so polarized that I found myself victim of giving in to fear. Your post helped more than I can express.

I want to add that just as I started to respond to this post, I heard an ad on TV for "what to do in case of a terrorist attack" with a little girl trying to reconnect with her mother. I almost fell off my chair and asked my husband if he heard it too and he did. It just confirms they need us to be afraid to pursue their outrageous deeds.

Thank God and all his spirits for all of you, keeping us in the light.

13. Yes, Thanks So Much DR
:hi:

I'm so greatful for this forum, after spending time in LBN and GD - I can hardly get here quick enough! So disressing - so its important we remember our higher cause.

I notice I am way more filled with negativity than usual. I got a meditation CD by Dr. Doreen Virtue which I listen to each night before falling asleep and it's a process whereby you eliminate fear from each of your chakra's. I highly recommend it to others - I just got it and have only used it the past 2 nights, but I think its going to help me tremendously. Amazing how "timely" Michael's messages are!! Great post!

14. Wow! This is so timely for me, as well.
I've been reminding myself daily of the importance of letting go of fear. Everywhere I go I am saying silent prayers for this world, the people of Iraq, the environment the oceans the insects ...everything.

We must keep this message front and center!! I am trying in subtle ways to reminder my children also of the importance of giving any fears they might have up to the light.

The tide is shifting now and we all need to hold onto the wisdom that DR has shared here.

15. That is so wonderful
I'm trying to think to do the same - just say a prayer for the world, the people of Iraq, etc. One small little pebble in a pond.... perhaps is all we can be now - but eventually the ripples move outward.
