A beautiful moment just happened at Camp Casey I. There was a candle light vigil honoring troops who have died in Iraq. The counter protesters came across the street and joined the vigilers at Camp Casey, They shared the flag and prayed together for the families on both sides who have lost loved ones in the war. They are now singing and holding candles together. This is a testament to the power of this movement ... "

2. The light

shared publicly by one grieving mom, that of fearless motherlove, strength, and determination, has gathered together more people, and more of that light every day. The right has noticed, and launched the usual public ridicule, derision, outrage, and vilification in media attacks. It hasn't diminished that light one bit. Now that light is reaching across ideological chasms, and some of the "opposition" are remembering that, underneath the war propaganda, they, too, care about what happens to the troops. They are sharing in that light, and I don't believe they will be quite the same as they were before. Some of them may go home from their "counter protest" with different things to say. And the light will continue to grow.

What a blessing it is to be here on earth to see this process unfolding. I visualize that light spreading to every corner of our nation, and across the planet, with joy.

I hope this is a break in the dam that we've been looking for. Sanity needs to start taking root RIGHT NOW, and I think Cindy has been the catalyst that may get it all going.
