I've stumbled upon his name throughout the years as I've researched this and that. I wasn't thinking of this particular project at all yesterday, but his name and face literally popped into my head out of nowhere, so I wrote him right away.
(Oooh, as I type, I just thought of something. You may recall I laid the very bare foundation of a site: Our Collective Wellness (www.ourcollectivewellness.com, here's FB page:
http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/group.php?gid=135006613200083&ref=ts). I'm still determined to create a poll widget there to get a gauge of people PEMS scale each day, similar to the polls I did here at ASAH for a short while (how are you feeling physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually today?); I'm fascinated by that and, personally, love to see collective feedback about it daily. :)
He somehow was one of the first people to "like" the OCW Facebook page or join or whatever; I think one of my friends is his FB friend. He's one of those who has too many friends already and FB won't allow any more...lol...so I'm not his friend there. :(
But it's interesting that he connected to that project, and I just mentioned in my other thread here about the gentleman who grew up in Germany during WWII possibly blogging and interacting at that site. I haven't given Our Collective Wellness any attention yet, waiting for those who are going to be involved to come forward more clearly first. But that's interesting...maybe I sign I should start giving it some attention.)
Anyway, I awoke to an email reply from him, saying he's out of the country but wants to speak next week.
I see he's from Southern Alabama, as am I; and my great-grandmother was Creek Indian. This is about the Wildlife Wishables project...the animal totems.
Potentially very cool.
