Ah, a full moon Saturday night. Are ya doing anything?

It's been a bad week for me, and this afternoon and evening I'm going to be recharging--well, as much as is possible with all of the crap that I have to do (errands and continued Virgo Sun emphasis on orderliness, cleanliness and efficiency--which I defied today during my many not-so-efficiently run errands). According to the somewhat complex daily horoscope I read this morning, this full moon should be good for us Taureans. Allegedly, it may assist us with monetary gains (I'm burning a chakra candle for that just in case). I'm also having some sausage later. Supposedly, this is one of those times when it's good for Taureans to give in to our tendency to indulge--particularly if we've been abstemious (which I have). Plus, I think it's beneficial to occasionally cut loose when the moon is full. Is anyone else doing anything, and does anyone want to share any of his or her activities or traditions for the full moon?

Since I moved about six months ago, I have made a habit of being in a friend's hot tub and gathering the moon power. That wasn't possible tonight.

I used to just go outside and do (gather)it when I lived at the lake. I always try to do something to honor the new and full moons. Cycles. Life. There is power there!

But you inspired me to go ahead and at least light a candle.
