Need help with sensing something

Earlier about an hour or so ago I was in the shower and while there I had this deep negative feeling in my heart chakra area. :\ I tried sensing what it was but didn't get anything. Thanks in advanced. :scared:

1. Negative as in sad or scared or angry?

Who or what were you thinking of when it happened? Work, home, play? Something caught your attention and landed smack in your emotional center. Try to think what it was and go from there.

2. I don't think I was really thinking of anything

I can't really remember right now what I was thinking of. :\ The feeling came back again earlier this morning around 4:45am est when I went to bed. I also have been having this strange feeling on my right side of my face around the edge of my eye. It's this very warm sort of burning feeling. :shrug: I've had this before but never really understud what this was about. Thanks for replying.

3. In the 70s I did quite a lot of Primal therapy which would use sensations

like what you describe to "re-experience" something in early childhood which being repressed or not emotionally processed would re-emerge in the present.

I learned so much from these years, much understanding and insight gained, and even had some "memories" from before birth and past lives....

In this light I would say it could be past feelings that you have not dealt with entirely so that they re-manifest themselves in the present.

Just a theory of many.

4. Think so?

It felt personal so I knew it wasn't something with the country or anything like that. Asked my guides if it had to do with me and got a strong yes. Everything else became muffled after that so I'll try later this afternoon. Do you know anything about the sort of burning feeling I got? :shrug: I've had it before but have no idea what it could be.
