Relating anything positive scientifically to meditation is not what some might want to see.

3. Meditation is quite healing.
I am just learning how, and I find it difficult to keep the mind from wondering. I am also using Qi-Gong-(Springforest) ...Breathing in the Universe!... These have been a tremendous help to me.
