Does anyone know the significance of transiting chiron conjunct natal mars?

I just realized that I'm having this transit and think it may be significant to what is going on in my life. But then again, I don't know much about astrology. LOL.

2. chiron conjunct a natal planet is quite in your face with a

lesson (chiron the healer)it could be body issues that come up (Mars)or commonly issues with assertion, aggression (or lack thereof) needing to recognize and accept your ambition, anger, etc. --things like that (the theatre of operations depends on where your mars is what sign/house and aspects..)

I never used to have problems asserting myself but in the past few years, it feels like the fight has been knocked out of me. Right now, I have things to tackle but can't bring myself to do it.

The Chiron transit is in my 5th house. Chiron is also in opposition to my Pluto and Jupiter.
I guess that is pretty major. I didn't realize I had this transit going on because I normally don't have my chart done with Chiron.
