If you are concerned about your real name being associated with your website, etc., please feel free to ask either OneGrassRoot or me to post the information for you.

We need to keep this thread as uncluttered as possible to make it easy for people to find what is being offered. Therefore, if you have questions or comments about anything posted, please handle them via DU private messages with the poster rather than posting them in this thread. If OneGrassRoot or I posted it for the person, we can connect the person with questions with the person offering the products/services.

If you post products or services in the thread, please feel free to respond to your own post to add additional information, offerings, clarifications, etc.

Please do not feel pressured to either buy or sell. It's strictly for those who are interested.

Finally, I have added a post that will allow us to respond to it if we want to kick the thread. That will keep all kicks in one area. Please respond to that post to kick the thread if you feel that it needs to be kicked.

It will be interesting to see how this works.

25. Stories of the Earth - Magical tales about the Seasons

The E-book "Stories of the Earth" is now available for sale and download.


No matter how old we are, a good story enchants us. And when that story teaches us a bit of wisdom about the Earth’s natural laws, as well as the laws of our own inner rhythms and cycles, how can we resist?

"Stories of the Earth: 8 Tales of the Wheel of the Year" tells the story of each of the 8 spokes of the Wheel of the Year.

We begin the Wheel of the Year at the "Winter Solstice" in late December. The first story is a Winter Solstice tale, about a land living in darkness until a brave and bold mother sets out to bring back the Baby of Light.

The second story takes place six weeks later on February 2, the festival we know as "Candlemas", our very own Groundhog’s Day. This tale is about the gate of vision. The Old Crone leads the way to access our new vision for a new year.

The next story comes in late March at the beginning of Aries, and tells a "Spring Equinox" tale of a long sorrow and the unexpected joy of an awakening inner vision.

"Beltane" comes in the beginning of May, opening the way for the powerful Earth spirits to come through the veils, awakening Mother Nature as well as our instinctual nature.

There are four remaining tales – Summer Solstice (June 21); Lammas (August 1); Autumn Equinox (September 21) and Samhain/All Hallows Eve (October 31)

You’ll find one of the amazing illustrations that my good friend Elana Gibeault created for each of the stories on the website. You’ll also get to read the first few paragraphs of the Autumn Equinox story that inspired her powerful illustration.

4. Wands, staves and talking sticks....

I create ALL NATURAL wands, made with local sierra woods (pine, aspen, cedar, ash, etc)

They are then wrapped with wire and crystals
and adorned with feathers, bells, etc

I have looked all over and never seen anyone do this the way I do.

All Natural = no adhesives, plastics, synthetic materials
...all copper, silver or brass wire, crystal or bone or glass beads, and local feathers too!
(I use a combination of pitch and beeswax for setting the headcrystal if needed)


Usually I do these on special order and create something in harmony with birthdates, totems, numerology and intention
so i really don't have a bunch already made, but I am working on it!

(I once was making a staff to help a woman with her wish to have a baby, and before it was done she was already pregnant! so the intentionality really *does* work)

Many of you are aware that the I CHOOSE message was "inspired" by Glenn Beck dissing Wishadoo's mission on his TV show:

IHAD thank you so-o-o for initiating this thread. The enormity of your heart continually astounds me.

As some of you may remember I was once upon a time a far more active contributor to this beloved forum.

Though I still lurk and send as many good vibes to those who are in need as I see, I've been experiencing sort of an astrological and environmentally imposed semi hiatus of sorts for a long time in regards to my ability to share here. It's as though my typing fingers have been frozen, though my heart and mind are not. I ponder most threads for more than a little while though. Just haven't been able to respond to even a minute fraction of those that catch my eye as nourishment for great contemplation and discussion.

I'm looking forward to the final Jupiter/Uranus conjunction on January 4th to melt my frozen fingers.

Some years there are indeed "January thaws"

In the interim, I'm still able to do readings over the phone and my generally insightful humor is not faltering for the most part.
