Two of our dearest friends were struck by a car while crossing the street in Portland Wednesday evening on their way to dinner. One broke her femur, the other her skull. Please say a prayer, light a candle, send a vibe for their speedy recovery.

Attachment is the only thing that brings about sorrow and suffering


It helps us immensely if we understand that when we attach ourself to someone else (or something else), we inherently create a scenario whereby we set ourself up for a loss. We run the risk of losing them. However, if, in our relationships, we let others go from the very beginning, we will find that we have nothing to lose - and suffering cannot occur.

Suffering isn't necessary, and it never helps anyone. It only takes away from our energy and energy of those around us. We needn't be in sorrow for any reason whatsoever. We are here on this beautiful, abundant Earth to live our life as a light and to keep our light burning brightly for all to see.


Those who are living in their highest light know that it is good to share your life and your love, for we have, indeed, come together for reason. Feel free to fill your days and nights with love for your partner, your family, your friends, your pets, your possessions and everything, for these are all gifts unto you. Just remember that it is unwise to let your attachment to anyone or anything take one minute away from your joy.

How horrible during this season!! They are in my prayers! Please forgive me if my replies are slow...both here and on face book. My plate is quite full now....but I need to get my mind off of "me" and onto more productive energies! I'm trying like hell not to even watch the news now!..let alone my favorite other places to be! How sad is that? I adore Rachell and Keith and I refuse to go even there let alone DU / GD. Please know ...all of you ...I'm always lurking with LOVE and big HUGS!!

13. As of yesterday afternoon, the docs decided

that Miss Ruby would not need brain surgery. There was a blood clot, but it was not moving and so they're attempting to shrink it down. I believe it's already gone. When I went into the Matrix at 2:30AM I was told, "We've got it."

As of last night, Rachel has a pin in her leg and will mend well.

At least it wasn't a hit and run. The woman in the Jeep that hit them stayed and did the right thing.
