Did everyone seem to have a productive day?
I felt like I was getting things accomplished, and it felt good! Wonder if it was astrological or psychological, or maybe those are the same things...within and without...hahaha.

1.  YES kimmerspixelated
WOOT!!!!
We finally got all our holiday decorations down today. You know, Its really funny ,I get a warm fuzzy feelin after we get done putting them up every year.
And I always get a pleasant spacious and lighter feelin when we take them down. I'm always very relieved when we are done and the house is back to "Normal". LOL! :hi:

It did feel really good to get something done today.
I sure hope the momentum lasts through tomorrow because I want to give the ole Howlerville house a really good clean.sigh.

7. We did that, too.
Or I should say, we finished doing that. I have been putting holiday things away for a couple of days.

I am always reluctant to get started. I hate to admit that one of my favorite times of year is over.

I get the same feeling you do when the house is all decorated for the holidays. And yes, the house does look bigger and neater now that everything is stowed away again.

There was one sad thing. A meaningful Christmas tree decoration has been lost. I have looked everywhere, and it is a mystery. All our holiday decorations have a history and a meaning for someone. Many of them are very old. Some have monetary value. Not that we care. They have family value first and foremost.

This missing tree decoration is a clear octagon shaped ornament. It has two deer feeding in the woods, either stamped or etched onto it. It is very pretty and sort of heavy. I think it is plastic, and not necessarily a thing of much monetary value. I have had it for more than thirty years. All my children love it. When they were small, they used to fight over who got to choose its spot and place it on the tree. My oldest daughter looked for it on the tree when she came home for the holiday. I hope it turns up. This is such a small thing, but it has made all of us sad.

9. OH, I hope it turns up too murielm99.
It sounds beautiful.
Maybe the ornament is just hiding waiting to give you a smile and a little blast of your favorite holiday when you least expect it and really need it.
If you have any fur kids check their little nesting places or where they hide their loot .

6. Had a harried day! Frazzled to the core.
HAD to be productive today, even under crazy, stressful situations.
Actually felt like Merc Retro, even though I know it isn't.

Haven't checked but there must be a strong Uranus/Aquarius aspect today. A lot of bizarre "fires to put out" all day long. :silly:
Whew!

8. Yes, fires here too, + spent much of day putting them out,
or at least laying foundation for doing so. Will see how it worked in a few, I hope.

10. Yes - productive and horrible.

The first half of the day went well and was very productive. Then I had to drive 70 miles to a place I'd never been, and drive back several hours later in a blizzard - all because people didn't have their sh*t together. What a nightmare. I didn't swerve off the road because I'd learned from a car accident in New Zealand earlier this year that when you lose control of the car, do not overcorrect, and it worked! There was a slow truck I was behind and could not pass, so I started cussing at the driver after he kept slowing down, then I realized this person was my godsend as they cut a path in the fresh snow on the highway and literally guided me most of the way back home. You could not see anything - because the wind blew snow on the windows and froze it.

Then I cried myself to sleep because I was utterly frazzled by the time I got home, and realized that part of me loves my mom, but part of me literally hates her - and she doesn't have long to live. Not a good thing to find out about yourself. :(

13. Oh, LM, that sounds like Pluto, again.
Dredging up all the worst from the depths & forcing it to be looked at, & dealt with. :nuke:

I'm noticing that about 80% of the "problems" arise from people not having their sh*t together. Seems a vicious snowballing cycle.....people are so stressed juggling way too much, which causes lack of ability to get sh*t together, which causes more problems, which causes more sh*t to not be together, which causes more problems........

I think we are reaching the tipping point on this cycle (at least I hope so) & people are going to be forced to simplify their lives, which I believe will bring them more happiness & peace. This may be the silver lining of the economic meltdown, if there is one.

12. Extremely!
Got back to work after my sister and I worked exhaustively to move my Mom here and into assisted living. Also helped Mom sign her lease agreement and picked up stuff she needed at the store.
