http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=105x9620950

I also joined Ohio Pug Rescue as a volunteer To foster other Pugs Till we can find them their forever homes.
Some are older guys with Health issues.
Some have behavioral problems and other stuff.
So I will be running an under ground Railroad for Pugs! Viva Les revolution! LOL! 

P.S . I’m looking for English Bulldog and a French bulldog rescue groups to join too.
I will have a stream of very strange dog like animals moving through here.
I may just have found another life’s calling. LOL!
Mr Howler is afraid mr Howler is VERY afraid.
I figure that is a good thing I’m going to run with it .

They are very sweet, and funny, and very hardheaded.

Heres two pictures of our Thurber girl. She has been so mopey since our loss of Ozzy and Igor.
Having two new pug sisters is just what the doctor ordered......I hope......i'm pretty sure.

43. Mutts, basically
the oldest, Bianca, is a yellow something, possibly some kind of shepherd mix. She's very sweet but let a stranger come around "her" property, she turns into the Hound from Hell. (although she has no teeth---I swear she barked them all out) Until last year, she was a big baby about coming in at night when it was way too cold for her to sleep outside.

I don't know where she's from; the lady who used to live across the street from me said she followed her home from the grocery store & never left. She just sat right outside my fence & whined every time I was out there with my lab (RIP), until I finally broke down & let her in.

Her sidekick is Gidget, a Poodle/Terrorist mix who will lick you to death. Gidget showed up on a really cold, wet, dreary day, sitting right in front of my front door, waiting for me to come home & let her in. :eyes:

here's a pic of them "supervising" me in the garden last year:

45. Well, thanks
Yeah, you'd have to be pretty heartless to let a dog starve to death on your driveway or not take in a very small puppy on one of the coldest, wettest days of the year. They obviously couldn't ignore the "Soft-hearted sucker lives here" sign. :eyes:

One of my cats, though, had them both beat. While Gidget & Bianca simply waited for permission, my sweet Lizzie (RIP) simply waltzed right in & made herself at home.
