Left Brain/Right Brain Integration
I posted a new YouTube video that is less than two minutes long, and should help the minority of people with left/right brain integration issues. Definitely this would include the ADHD, ADD, Aspergers among us but may also include other brain issues, stroke brain repair, etc.

It uses the figure 8, and can either be watched, or someone can watch and do the Figure 8 exercise along with it. Not quite as exciting as a video game, but I don't know of any video game to date that does this (they should!). Hopefully I will be able to post some cross crawl things in the future, in an attempt to do the same thing in a slightly different way. My grandson didn't spend enough time crawling and that's the reason behind this.

Oh, and I tried to take a bit of the weird factor out of this video, while still hopefully producing the same result. I used the solfeggio frequency guitar piece, hopefully to step up the energetic benefit a bit. I spun an Emoto diagram of the Sound of the Sun that I got from David Sereda to help clear the pathways.

Probably most of us don't have a use for this, but you might have friends with kids with these type issues.

I have to say, I love figure eights, and I think teachers should start off the day with exercises like this.

Obviously, you can use the pendulum to determine if you need to watch this. Or, you can remotely test someone else. If it tests that their left/right brain communication is not optimal, have them watch this and then retest. It should be okay then, for at least some period of time.

1. Thank you, Celebration...
I thought I subscribed to your channel so I'd receive notice of new videos, but I'd better double check that now.

5. does it work that way?
I supposedly follow people on Youtube, but I never knew what that meant. That probably means I have a left brain, right brain, integration problem. :silly:

7. LOL...
I always thought I was logged in and thus when I clicked subscribe it "took." Not so; when logged in, there's an extra step to enable being notified of new posts. I did that for your channel finally.

:hi:

2. Awesome video
It totally tranced me out! This would be a good video to look at and follow if you have a headache.

Thanks for doing this!

Annette

4. you are welcome
I watched it a few times and I would say "tranced me out" is pretty much what it did to me. I'm glad I made it short. I wouldn't want anyone to get too tranced out.

3. As always, Celebration
I love your videos. They always make my brain feel better. My kitty likes them, too. He always gets in my lap and gets all lovely with me when he hears that music.

Namaste.

6. Thank you, hermetic
I did this for my four year old grandson, who has trouble sitting still. But he will sit in my lap and watch the videos. Well, the ones I do at home have his pictures in them. He commented the other day that he loved the music, That reminds me I think I will go back and put Jon Sayles' name and website in the comments. The person doing the eights is my daughter, his mom, so he finds that really silly and fun. Today I will show him this one where she is in outline only. I made this video short because two minutes is about the maximum time he wants to sit still.
