In Clow's book, there isn't a whole lot about this, but I think she does touch on it, and I will be looking for it with another looksee. I have had the electrical feelings from time to time, and more headaches in this past year as well, but I certainly don't feel ascended yet. More enlightened than my immediate family, yes! I have read that this process is going to be tough on folks, because they won't know what's happening to them. I think Clow talks a lot about heralding in more healers helping people release their traumas, which is basically what's wrong with most of us, in preparation for 4D and 5D. Just think, Rick, isn't it exciting and scary as hell to think we will all most likely see it happening possibly rather...soon??!!:popcorn: :popcorn: :popcorn: :hide: :hide: :hug:

2. Hi Rick, I find this fascinating, and it's just another piece of the puzzle.

As far as astrology corroborating what's supposedly going on with ascension, it doesn't surprise me. From what I can gather, it seems that there are many, many theories, ancient texts, science and more that all point to the same thing. It's quite fascinating. If you'd like to read more, here's some places to start...If Karen Bishop's old site is still operating, it had some good information on it, and anything by Gregg Braden, I think you would find worthwhile. You can go to youtube and watch some of his interviews. Also, try Delores Cannon and David Sereda on youtube. I can't wait to read the info in the link that you posted, but it will have to wait until I get back from the pool, gotta run and teach a class!

a PO mailing address in New Mexico for her contact info. I guess she used a word processing program to do her update and saved it in a pdf format and she used someone's computer to send it as an email attachment. I tried copying it, but it's encrypted. Does anyone know if there's another way to copy it?

10. Often when I open a PDF in Adobe Reader, I have the option to "Save a Copy" in the File menu

I've saved a number of them, that way. 'Course I don't know whether it would save copy protection, or not.

20. I just haven't been able to read her

since she wrote about leaving her injured kitten in the woods as if it was a spiritual thing. I think she has a lot of problems to deal with, and I wish her love and light in her journey but there is no justification dumping unwanted pets in that way.

A while back An ASAH member posted an article about Old guides leaving and new Guides coming in..
But I wonder If Our Guides, I.E ourselves Past ,Present,Future selves are merging into the highest octave of ourselves in all the dimensions becoming ONE unified whole.

A while back about 4 months ago I got a vision in meditation. I astral projected to the Arkashic (spelling)record hall.
I saw alot of Light beings frantically loading their arms with scrolls from the shelves and frantically running around rearranging other scrolls. Then the whole vision went into a bright electrical red and the door or entrance was slammed shut in my face and got smaller As I slammed back into my body.i have no idea if any of this makes any sense or if its even connected I'm just sayin.

Thank you for the artical Rick yet more confirmation that my pups don't have to worry. Their mommy doesnt really need medication.....Yet. LOL!

14. Just read the article...

This was a very good read. I can SO relate. I had almost identical symptoms. It all started about 5or 6 years ago. I thought I was losing my mind. All the emotions that she mentioned, fear, being a victim (except that I really was a victim but didn't know it at the time...yet) came to the surface, and I know now, that was because I needed to clear some STUFF. Then a year or so after that period, I had a 9 day bout with insomnia and it literally felt like I was on fire from the inside out. It hurt my skin to just lay in the bed. I had a sense at the time it was kundalini energy, but didn't know much about it.

Another thing in the article rings true too. I've noticed that it doesn't take as long now for other people to go through this. Whereas it took years before, it happens faster and faster now. It goes back to people just needing a "nudge" now to wake up.

Wow, it's truly amazing to read about this stuff because it is such a validation, I mean even though you "know" something is happening, there's still the human part of you that is like, "Is this really real??" Thanks for posting this Rick, and you're right, it IS happening NOW.

I'm at the brain rewiring stage right now, and am so glad all these symptoms aren't anything dangerous (ears ringing, ear pain, top of my head hurting, headache around the forehead, hearing my name spoken when there's no one around, etc). And that bit about "knowing" something without having to think about it or reason it out was so right on for me now.

a full on shifting sense, most definite soulic acceleration since about 1997 - some of the symptoms in this article are similar, the part on dreams, vivid, has been happening almost non-stop.
