I'm working on the "many, many more" part, too, with my VitaMix. I managed to mess up the motor or something inside of it a few weeks after I got it, and was without that great appliance for as long as I had owned it (a few weeks.) I'll be getting back into the swing of using it to make healthier meals and smoothies now :D

Yes, indeedy! It is the "bat bridge" although when I took the pic there were no bats to be seen. I haven't ever experienced the bat phenomena, I've only seen TV news coverage.

As for the tea quality, Lipton is just a mass-produced brand. I'd go with something organic, or, if it's still around, whatever the company was the BTP threw overboard originally. I don't have my "Little Book of Teas" handy, so I'll just say any good organic tea would be of a higher quality than the mainstream stuff. Normally, I only buy tea (when I need more, which isn't often) at Whole Foods, so whatever they carry is good :D
