Is anyone noticing anything strange with the energy today?
I'm not exactly sure how to put this into words. It's almost like I feel I'm in some sort of a "void", or an in between place...I'm not even sure if that's exactly it, but it's the only way I can come up with to describe it. I've been trying all day to do things that pertain to the future, like working on a website, planning for an event, etc. And it's as if I can't do anything that pertains to anything other than "now". I know we have the super moon thingy going on, but I don't think that's it. My husband just came in from the store and he commented on how something is "off". He said he was pulling out of the parking lot and looked to see if anything was coming as you normally would, but then had to actually take a few seconds to let what he was seeing "register" before he could pull out. I don't know what's going on, but it feels very, very weird.

1. We're all waiting for the next shoe to drop.
Like you say, right now we're in the "in-between" space just waiting to move forward. I'm hoping whatever needs to happen will happen soon and not be too cataclysmic when it does.

2. Yes. I was going to clean house all day, but feeling the void of the present
Edited on Sat Mar-19-11 06:30 PM by Melissa G
I seem unable to decide to move forward on any project. My best decision seems to be to go watch the moon rise and pray for the world as it does. I am saddened enormously by the new 100 mile oil spill in the Gulf.
I am, of course, also continually feeling grief for the people of Japan, Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan as well.

So much pain and sadness. Prayer seems the only answer. :grouphug:

5. Yes this describes it perfectly...
unable to move forward on anything, and yes, I too wondered if this "in-between" feeling of place is because some "other shoe" is about to drop.

25. Not me!
I've gone ballistic/nuclear this am. T sun conjunct T uranus., my N vesta & 8o from my N venus.
I marched against the war back in 2002 to my state capital.......................
All the bloggers are STILL sitting there in their PJ's posting the latest indignities 8 years later............Kuchinich & Dean fading away in memory........Gravel....WHO?
No one has a solution. No one is willing to join forces, mobilize to make change! Bettcha 1/2 of them will get dressed & stop at Starbucks for a $10.00 cuppa on the way to their job for a corporate boss..............which has the unfortunate affect of moderating their thinking towards center just so they can get along.........
I found & posted on a thread out there......Buyblue Wikipedia. List of good corps to shop from. It CLOSED DOWN IN 2007! Very effective!
( I realize that Starbucks is a blue company but they have also appealed to the vanity & status conscious and they are outrageously overpriced. Fortunately here in Maine we have better coffee Grn Mt, at reasonable rates. Starbucks has left us alone because our population base is so small, it wouldn't profit them to open up here.

4. In limbo here...
waiting for things to unfold. There's my mom, my job, my living space and I've been doing a vintage/antiques niche for several months now. After thinking about it for a couple of weeks, I put in my notice today. It was taking too much energy and money and I feel it is needed elsewhere.

6. all week, really
I've had a hard time doing much of anything. I got a little more stuff done today. I get about 1,maybe 2 chores done per day all week. Mostly I just sit and stare. I pissy all day. Then broke down and had some vodka with juice. And then cried and cried.

7. Sitting and staring...
Feeling the pain of the world and the feeling of more to come. My only response is prayer. Trying to counter some of this with the immediate beauty of nature as well.

15. started my garden yesterday
it helped. For food: onions, sunflowers, oregano, marjoram, peppers, sorrel.
For beauty: lavender, hollyhocks, mountain mint.

April and May will start 2 or 3 kinds of squash, 4 kinds of beans, 2 kinds of corn, 2+ kinds of potatoes, tomatoes, mesclun, and more.

Oh, and a hint for gardeners who have their sunflower seeds eaten before they have a chance to germinate. You *can* start them indoors in peat pots, since that transplantation doesn't seem to disturb their sensitive root system. That's the only way I've been able to grow them...

8. Yes--been feeling that way for a little while now
A couple of weeks, maybe? Time's getting fuzzy, if you know what I mean. Anyway, I don't have the energy to do much of anything. I feel guilty when I just sit around, but I don't make an effort to get moving. When I DO do something, it feels really good--working on my novel, or even mopping the kitchen--but I can't get up enough momentum to keep that going and do more. I just...fizzle.

Also feeling spacey a lot (can totally relate to what your husband experienced), and today I was pretty maudlin, but I couldn't put my finger on exactly what was affecting me that way. Maybe it's everything right now. Just so sad.

9. I've felt very disengaged for a while now.
Spacey, depressed, un-alive, somewhat like a zombie. Trying to get over a respiratory bug that's brought me down for the last dozen days. Went to the doctor Thursday for my physical, even though I was sick, he completely ignored my current problems & focused on berating me for having high cholestrol the last time I was there....preaching at me about how at risk I was & trying to "sell" cholestrol medicine to me, though he didn't give me any medicine for it & even though we hadn't even run my tests yet this time! It was weird. Quite a surreal experience. Wasn't sure if it was me in my fog, or him w/tunnel vision. I left, still sick, & decided to change doctors.

All week at work had constant barriers to getting things done. Sorta a waste of a week.

Are we between worlds now? Is this what it feels like?

22. thanks Howler! Yes today I have felt better
will go for Reiki Level 2 soon, my attunement was calm, with flashes of orange, blue and green, plus a slight ear ringing, but otherwise uneventful. Teacher says Reiki 2 is much more intense.

It was an awesome day for it! Agreed. I sent out energy to the oceans and Gaia yesterday, for calm and peace. :hi: :grouphug:

13. yes, I can relate
time seems very "thick" Thinking processes are an almost slow motion feeling-like I'm looking at many facets/options at once.
Worked in the garden today which seemed to help me move forward. And my eyelids twitch like crazy...

14. YES, Wovenpaint, that's it exactly!
"thinking processes seem very thick, and looking at many options at once"...too many really, I think that's what is keeping me from moving in any direction, because it's too confusing or overwhelming to choose and I can't "think" clearly...

16. "Thick"--well said
That's exactly it. Like moving (and thinking) through pudding.

Yesterday MG Jr. had an outing with the Cub Scouts, at the local bowling alley. I had a HELL of a time conversing with the other parents. Even the guy who's usually Mr. Personality (normally very energetic, funny, etc.) At one point both he and I just stopped...talking...and...stood...there...

Ooh you know what else it feels like? Trying to function "under the influence", if you know what I mean. I haven't been that way in a long time, so I'm working off my memories of it, of course, but IIRC it's like trying to do the simplest of tasks at 4 a.m., after nonstop drinking for hours. ;)

17. posting from my phone cuz computer crashed
Had strange dreams about traveling between realities... different planes. Rescuing others, being invisible to those looking for us... their hands even passing through us. Then taking others to the new or next world and having to teach them the new rules of the physical place. Also had a weird part in there about packing things I needed for the journey and they dissapeared as I placed them in my bag. And a black ribbon fell from nowhere and 'marked' me...or was it telling me my time was up?
Weird

18. That is a weird dream NL...
and MG, yes it is like operating under the influence, even though it's been a long time for me too, that's a good description. And you're right about having trouble conversing. It's like I can't complete a thought, and the connection between my brain and my mouth is slow or something. BTW, I didn't sleep last night. The last time I looked at the clock for the millionth time it said 4:09am. Then I laid there for at least another half an hour. The dog woke me up at 7:30 to go out..loved that. I went back to bed at a little after 9 or so and slept till 2:30. Of course now I feel even more like a zombie and I've wasted the entire day, but it's not like I would've done anything other than sit and stare into space...lol....UGGGGH. :eyes:

24. I've had those same dreams...
in different realities or concentrating more on other lives - I don't know if that means this one is going to end soon, or if it's just dreams. I live close to Seattle, so if the big one hits, I guess it's my time. Or not. I have no idea. I feel a peace rather than a panic about things to come, oddly enough, whether they be good or bad or in-between.

Also, since I put in notice with my niche, things have been selling like crazy. And today I needed to stay away from fire, or heat as I burnt every single thing I tried to cook. Just throwing that out there for I don't know why. :)

21. I felt that way a few days ago.
Like nothing was getting done, general sloth. Yesterday, I was nervous worrying about stuff in general and the super moon. I was relieved to see nothing big happened, although maybe it's still too early to tell. But today, I felt productive, very productive. Every thing on the list had a check mark, pretty much. The writing went well, too. Although it was still a bit nippy outside, it was nice to catch a few rays on the dogwalk as well.

... didn't reach its usual 'full potential', but kept me awake all night and home from work this morning ... my ears are still humming and I feel like a zombie mentally & am sore all over but can't crash out to sleep it off.

Very odd.
