New Energy update from Lauren Gorgo..this really resonates
I can SO relate to this post of Lauren's. She covers a lot and I resonated with much of it, but just a few of the things that jumped out for me are when she describes the feelings that go with the "collapsing of time" and being unable to "schedule" anything. With the energy that most of us have been feeling, this really hit home. I can also relate to the "love without attachment" aspect too. I've noticed for awhile now that I seem to view things in a sort of detached state, kind of like watching things unfold from the sidelines and all of this world tragedy that we've seen so much of doesn't affect me the way it used to. Which is really weird because I've always been so empathic. I totally get why that is happening now. I also remember getting a message awhile back, "You are in this world but not of it". When I read that part, it was a real validation for me. See what you guys think:

1. Oh, Findrskeep, I am SO glad you posted this!
What timing--I was just tussling with THIS:

"On a physical level, this opening can be felt in the center of the chest, thru the back of the heart and in the pit of the stomach....Some of the more prominent symptoms may be manifesting as tightening/pain in the chest, shortness of breath, anxiety, extreme and unrelenting heartburn/indigestion, acid reflux, nausea, heart-flutters, palpitations, arrhythmia, soreness/sensitivity in detox organs and along the spine."

I was WONDERING what the heck was going on--I had pain in my upper back yesterday and it hurt to take a deep breath, like my gall bladder was acting up, but it shouldn't be, because I'm doing my HCG diet, which usually calms it DOWN. Had me totally puzzled, but now I get it. (It's much better today, BTW.)

Okay, going to keep reading now... :hi:

3. Oooh, me too!
I've had a lot of palpitations lately -- brief flutters, nothing too alarming but enough to get my attention.

Scanning through Lauren's article lets me know it's gonna be a good one, with lots of "aha" moments in store for me.

Thanks, findrskeep!!!

4. Hi when my Mom had a similar problem it was from her spin
bulging disc. the specialist her doc sent her to thankfully wasn't a gung-ho operate on everything type surgeon and suggested ice packs applied to the lower back spine several times a day 20 min or so.

Ice packs eh! I will try anything at this point!
Thank you Shallah Kali!!! Ice packs it is.
The damn pinch started last week in my neck and shoulder blades traveled down to lower back and now from lower back to knee!
I have trouble sitting, laying, walking, and standing. LOL! I'm just a miserable old sod.snort!
I can't do this! I have puppies to raise.

8. I hope it helps you
I used to use heat on painful back but when I switched to those little reusable gel ice packs it helped me more as well as working for my Mom. When her problem was bad she would get a pain all the way down one leg to the sole of her foot that also split off mid cafe. I would heat up a pack for the worse pain on her leg and give her the ice once for her back itself to help reduce the inflamed swelling. I also nagged her about posture because I know from my own back if I am not sitting up straight but instead at an angle or leaning to one side it aggravates my back. Straight backed chairs are my spines best friend along with slippery pjs so I don't stick to the sheets and wrench my back turning over in my sleep. Flannel on flannel = owwie! My Mom hates anything but cotton sleepwear but I did convince her to wear an old half slip to bed over her other sleepwear and she found she slept sounder and less back soreness after a few days. I do the same when I am cold and want my flannel pjs but don't want to stick to the sheets.

I hope the ice helps you too. As I said I used the little reusable gel packs and wrap them in a hand towel so the area doesn't freeze, just chills out to bring down inflamation.

5. Does this include a sore throat/stuffy head & chest?
If so, then everyone around here is dealing with the effects. Everyone at the office and at home is either coughing or congested if they aren't just feeling puny. Even my wee man has had a cough (he's now doing much better thanks to OTC medicines). Seems like it all came out of nowhere, though we should be entering the spring flu season shortly.

6. "..suffering as the pathway to wholeness thru contrast..."
THERE we go. That's what it's about.

Thank you...
