happening/happened: 1. disclosure that Wisconsin county clerk omitted an entire town from vote tally in Supreme Court justice Tuesday election, apparently resulting in significant change/reversal of 'informal' tally; 2. 11th hour Fed govt debacle; 3. 7.4 Japan earthquake/aftershock.

Neptune has been responsible for all those news anchors who lost their ability to speak, momentarily, and mumbled uncontrollably.

Neptune, Mercury RX lies or deception or mistakes at the WI county clerk (yah)

Gvt shut down, Pluto Mars Saturn, Uranus, mostly Mars is causing two cars to play chicken

Eartquake still Saturn Pluto Uranus, etc.

Mars is very danger now, as I said, through the 18th

The dangerous day is the 9th, when Mars squares Pluto from 1 degree away.

"You cant take it" we got lots more, we have to take it. It by no means it will manifest as last week did.
Mars transits hurt because we're not getting things off of our chest, try that. Till the 18th as I said. It is
crossing Uranus and Jupiter and squaring Pluto and opposing Saturn, that's why.

When you know the planet is coming, it is scary. You just have to get used to knowing it. It's never as bad as you fear.

it's Chiron and Neptune over your Chiron. You're having a CHIRON RETURN.

This is a big spiritual turning poing. Nothing to be afraid of. Your life-long "wound" is coming front and center to be healed.
It's definitely a spiritual matter. You really need to get straight in your head about what you believe spiritually - that will help a lot.

I've observed that Wisconsin has some really precise well written state laws on the books.

Did you notice that date is within a year and two thirds of the date of Neptune's discovery. . .?

Clearly no Neptune influence there at all.
